TRX Education Training is a movement-based training program that equips fitness professionals with a progressive approach to learning the TRX system of Foundational Movement Coaching. The TRX courses progress from practicing Foundational Movement standards with the TRX Suspension Trainer, to developing your skills and integrating multiple training tools with individuals or groups. Altogether the TRX progressive, movement-based training curriculum enables you to Move Better, Train Better, and ultimately, Coach Better.
As Total Body Resistance Exercises has grown in popularity so has the need for more instructors has increased. More and more personal trainers have been add suspension training courses to their resume because there has been a huge demand for it. Yes you can train on your own but people like to be part of something and group TRX sessions is popular these days.
So with the increase in demand, gyms have been encouraging their personal trainers to take up TRX instructor training courses to necessitate the need for more TRX courses.
The courses that TRX offers is not a certification but more of an extension to your personal training resume. You will get professional training that teaches you one on one training as well as group sessions. There are no Prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course. Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified fitness professionals.

TRX provides a schedule on when and where they will be hosting a session in each State or Province.
